Sasha Toyz

Connector. I bridge people with what truly matters to them, projects with tools, and systems into a whole.

01The short version

For 3 years I've been working with people who build their projects online. 30+ clients, 10+ documented cases with specific numbers.

I started as a marketer. Then realized that marketing without understanding the person is like selling a washing machine that doesn't wash. I shifted focus: first, figure out what actually matters to someone. Then build.

Now I call this being a Connector. A new role that doesn't exist on the market yet. At the intersection of understanding people, technology, and business architecture. My superpower — I see in people what's truly important to them but what they can't see through the noise.

02What I do

I help people through three steps. The order matters:

1. Figure yourself out

The why. What's real, what's imposed.

2. Build the project

What exactly to build. The map, the model, the offer. Not someone else's formula — yours.

3. Plug in the tools

AI, automation, technology. Everything that turns an idea into a working system.

03The enemy

Noise. External — everyone telling you what to do, which tools to use, which business to build. Internal — you can no longer hear what you actually want. You're doing a lot, but it's not yours. Someone sold you their idea, and you're trying to make it work.

04For whom

People at the point of: can't go back to the old way, don't know the new way yet. A meaning crisis, a crisis-as-opportunity, or simply not fitting into any camp. Too commercial for creatives, too creative for business.
